Dude, it’s called a satire. Intelligent people understand them, and most who understand them find them hilarious.

@ Anna your comment sounds awfully scripted… you must say that a lot. Which also means that you don’t think anything is funny.

LMAO! Hilarious, I almost pissed myself, which reminds me, I must go to the loo.

Abuse is always funny Anna, I mean really, what kind of sicko sits at home looking at comics about someone who’s been abused just to complain that abuse is bad. Psht.

Sooooooooooooooooooooooo not funny. I can see why you might think it is, but trust me, it’s NOT. I’ve known far too many women who were the victims of emotional and physical abuse and for you to make light of what they’ve endured is, honestly, sickening.

@ Carla – as an ex battered woman, I find this funny. Because it was a JOKE.

i find it kind of feminist in a way that all these women are complaining so hard about this strip. it was a joke, it was funny, and society makes jokes about sensitive things in order to help move on from the trauma. there are comics on here about dying kids, cancer, child abuse, basically everything, and you take the time to point this out as wrong. id say get over yourself and stop pretending its personal.

btw, im a guy, and my most recent ex hit me in the face about 50 times in our relationship. of course, i couldnt do anything about it, because im a guy. let go of your ego
