I know that this is a bit after, but I just found this site and I must say…KUDOS. Was the little girl in this strip based, in way any way, on Penny from Pee-Wee’s Playhouse? If not…great minds think alike. I adore the the strip. It’s a rare laugh out in the interwebs.
